In 2006, The Haven celebrated the completion of their new cocktail bar.
Bar Haven revives an original area within the hotel, the Thumbscrew Bar, which operated in the 1970s and early 1980s and which was frequented by both actors and audience attending the open air performances on Brownsea Island.
The bar design continues the quality of the hotel's décor and interior furnishings, reflecting the Art – Deco theme and providing a nostalgic link with the hotel’s heritage and overall design. The bar offers a stylish environment for both hotel guests and non-residents alike and is available for exclusive use for private functions, business meetings and weddings.
Open between 5:30p.m. and 11p.m. each evening.
