Please note that:
• No alcohol is permitted in the Spa.
• Appointment times are approximate and include consultations.
• Solarium or Sunbathing should be avoided after massage / aromatherapy.
• Steam, sauna, swimming, sunbathing or solarium are not recommended before
or after waxing treatments.
• A patch test is required 24 hours before any eyelash / eyebrow tint.
• Contact lenses should not be worn during any facial treatments.
• Men are requested to wear swimming trunks during hydrotherapy treatments.

Cancellation
We require 24 hours notice should you need to cancel your appointment.
We reserve the right to charge full rate for all treatments cancelled within the 24 hour notice period.
All rates are inclusive of VAT at 17.5%. Rates subject to change without notice.
