Cookery demonstrations at The Haven

The Haven has put together a number of Gourmet Breaks throughout 2011 where we will teach you how to cook classic dishes followed by a two course lunch in our restaurants with a glass of wine. We will also give you the recipes to take home with you.

Classic Duck Dishes

Start the day off with a cup of coffee, sit back and watch us show you how to prepare and cook various classic duck dishes.

Once the demonstration has finished, we will take you to lunch, and offer a complimentary glass of wine.

Guilty Pleasures White and Dark Chocolate

Enjoy a cup of coffee, while we teach you how to create fabulous chocolate dishes.

Classic Fish Dishes & Filleting Class

Cooking fish is very easy, and we will go through some of the techniques you will need in your own kitchen. Enjoy a cup of coffee while we show you how to fillet and prepare some classic fish dishes.

We will then take you through to our restaurant, where you can enjoy a two-course lunch with a glass of wine.
