To the north of the Dordogne region of France and close to the picturesque and historic town of Bourdeilles is our Napoleonic villa set on a hillside in nine acres of sculptured gardens leading down to the River Dronne. Large oak gates conceal the front courtyard from which stone steps lead up to the main entrance. The luxurious salon is divided by an archway into a living area and a formal dining room. To the side of the house is a second courtyard ideal for barbecues and summer evening suppers.

Accommodation consists of kitchen/diner, formal dining room, lounge (with open fireplace and television), master bedroom (extra beds are available if required as a family room), double bedroom (with en-suite), 2 x twin bedrooms, large bathroom, summer house, landscaped gardens, BBQ area, swimming pool (17.5m x 9.9m) and pool house. Sleeps 8 persons.
