Cocktail Happy Hour in The Gallery Bar

The Gallery Bar at The Chine has launched a happy hour on selected cocktails.

Happy Hour - well 90 minutes actually, is every Sunday to Thursday inclusive between 5.30pm and 7.00pm.  During this time Przmek and Paul will be offering a choice of nine cocktails, including Mojito's, Peach and Vanilla Twist Cooler and Capiroscha.

Alternatively for just £7.50 you could try a Chine Garden cocktail - Paul Allamby's own creation.   This is a real summertime drink - light and refreshing.  Ingredients include Hendricks Gin, mint, cucumber, lemon, sugar and apple juice.
