The 4* Haven Hotel and Harbour Heights Hotel on the gorgeous Sandbanks peninsula, are looking to recruit experienced Guest Services Assistants to join their team. We are looking for the best in customer service, if you’ve got experience working in hotels in customer facing roles and you are professional and confident then this could be for you.
Working in stunning surroundings based on the exclusive Sandbanks Peninsula, this role is to oversee the arrival and departure of guests, providing excellent customer service and ensuring their needs are met during their stay.
The successful candidate would be required to work to a rota which will include weekends, evenings and bank holidays on rotation, on a Variable contract.

The vacancy is available for an immediate start and offers a great working environment, meals on duty and discounted rates (after a qualifying period).

Due to the location of the Hotels – you will need to ensure you have means of transport to get to and from work.
