HYTES SUITE

This beautifully appointed suite offers contemporary elegance with a blend of fresh stylish interiors, inspirational artwork and stunning sea views. The suite also enjoys direct access to a private* terrace with magnificent views over Poole Harbour and its islands beyond.

Diners enjoy harbour views through the floor-to-ceiling windows and glass concertina doors leading to the terrace.

Accompany these features with 2 AA-Rosette award-winning cuisine, an impressive selection of wine selection and exceptional customer service and you have the perfect venue for private dinners, drinks parties, terrace* BBQs, anniversaries and birthday celebrations.

HYTES LOUNGE

For smaller more informal gatherings we would suggest the Hytes Lounge area. Guests may relax on the low-level loungers whilst enjoying the company of friends and the sensational views.

This type of informal private dining is suitable for small drinks receptions, group afternoon teas or wakes.

HARBAR BISTRO

If you wish to organise a small lunch or dinner, book in our critically acclaimed Harbar Bistro. With elevated views across Poole Harbour, the restaurant offers AA Rosette-awarded cuisine which can be enjoyed in the stylish interior or alfresco option on the decked sun terrace.

The menu is full of inventive dishes that celebrate the area’s produce, including of course fresh fish from local waters. The policy is simple: if food is not in season, it is not on the menu. The menu will excite your palate, combining classic British flair with a creative French influence.

Try some of the delicious cocktails mixed by our expert bartenders, or pick something from one of the in-house wine cellars to complement your meal.
