Loic Gratadoux, Head Chef at the Harbar Bistro, has created a new menu with his brigade of chefs.
Join us at the Harbar Bistro, at Harbour Heights Hotel, for fresh local ingredients cooked with passion. Our new menu offers a large selection of meat, fish and vegetarian dishes but also nibbles and lite bites without forgetting the desserts for our sweet-toothed guests.
You will be amazed by this fresh new menu to enjoy with breathtaking views over Poole Harbour and beyond.
For example, enjoy a classic Fish & Chips, or a Confit Duck Leg with dauphinoise potatoes, green beans and jus. Alternatively, you may prefer a vegetarian option such as the Salt Baked Beetroot Salad with goats’ cheese mousse, watercress, toasted seeds.
Feeling peckish? Why not try one of our nibbles such as the Mezze or the Baked Camembert?
