Creating cocktails is an art

Head to the Harbour Heights Hotel bar and you’ll see our passion for cocktails.

Our Harbar is packed with beautiful liqueurs and spirits, not to mention the fruits, botanicals and mixers ready and waiting to be shaken, stirred and poured.

It’s all about discovering weird and wonderful flavour combinations whilst also perfecting the classics. Every year, our mission is to come up with exciting seasonal cocktails that surprise and delight. So whether it’s Christmas, Valentines or summer, we’ll bring you intriguing cocktail menus inspired by the time of year. For example, the exquisite Flam de Café is an elegant and delicious tipple with a gorgeous two-tone colour, it makes an impressive after dinner treat! Vodka is a great digestive and the caffeine a perfect pick-me-up. Plus, the cream and sugar make it an ideal alternative to a dessert.

We love creating cocktails with coffee, especially when it’s freshly ground; its intense flavour makes it great to experiment with. We all know it goes beautifully with whisky and brandy, but it’s also delicious with rum, Kahlua, Frangelico and many more! Try your hand at this Flam de Café, and if it goes down a storm then next time you can get creative with the ingredients!

Harbar’s Top tip
