Located just 10 minutes from Bournemouth or a short taxi ride from Poole train station. Offering two suites that can comfortably hold anything from 1:2:1 interviews to major meetings for up to 80 guests.

The Hytes Suite


A large area suitable for up to 120 delegates for reception/dinner layout.

The Hytes Suite is easily accessible on the ground floor of the main hotel, and enjoys magnificent views over Brownsea Island and Poole Harbour, which can be seen through the floor to ceiling windows.

It also boasts a large private terrace (by prior arrangement only).


The Canford Suite

A light and airy setting that is perfect for smaller groups of up to 40 guests. Canford Suite is peacefully set away from the main hotel in the lower gardens.

A refreshing space to think with air conditioning and a private patio area.



Day Delegate Package

A productive bundle to get your delegates through the day’s agenda.

From £39 per person, including:

  • Meeting room hire
  • Use of LCD projector and screen
  • Whiteboard and flipchart
  • Pads and pencils per delegate
  • Mints and water
  • Unlimited tea, coffee and biscuits
  • Lunch (Two course finger buffet)

Both of our private dining areas have magnificent views and top notch service. With impressive two AA Rosette awarded cuisine and complimented by one of the finest wine collections in the area.

Our Hytes Suite provides a spacious area for up to 120 guests, with a dedicated kitchen and brigade of chefs to ensure your evening goes perfectly. Plus, you’ll have access to a private bar and outdoor terrace area if needed.

Or for a more intimate setting, we can section off a quiet area of our locally acclaimed Harbar restaurant.
